About Kelli Stephens T-CADC, DSW, LCSW

Dr. Stephens, LCSW, has extensive experience in the substance abuse space with experience in residential treatment, outpatient treatment and co-occurring mental health disorders in direct patient care.

She has degrees from the University of Kentucky for her doctoral studies in Social Work (2024), Campbellsville University for her master’s degree in Social Work (2021), and Eastern Kentucky University for a bachelor’s degree, focusing on Psychology (2019) and Somerset Community College (2017) for her associate’s degree in Science.

Kelli’s professional career has been focused in Central and Eastern Kentucky making her very knowledgeable of her patient base and the daily issues they may face. Following this drive, Dr. Stephens has put herself in a position to do the most good by working in both outpatient clinics and sober living homes.
