About Hannah Patrick, MSN, APRN

Hannah Patrick, MSN, APRN, is a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and addiction medicine. She has provided comprehensive patient care in both urban and rural settings, specializing in chronic disease management, acute care, and substance use treatment.

Hannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Morehead State University in 2016. She holds multiple certifications, including a Buprenorphine Waiver for addiction treatment.

Throughout her career, Hannah has worked in diverse clinical settings, including urgent care, primary care, and recovery-focused medicine. She has a strong background in treating substance use disorders and managing chronic illnesses.
